Sherman & Howard provides trial representation to banks and
other financial institutions, as well as their officers and
directors. Our attorneys have defended and enforced claims arising
under and related to the Uniform Commercial Code, lender liability
theories, loan repurchase obligations, consumer protection
statutes, foreclosures, replevins, loan workouts and collections,

experienced in representing financial institutions and their
officers and directors in federal and state regulatory
investigative and enforcement proceedings. They also represent
borrowers in disputes with lenders arising out of inappropriate
