General Aviation

Our attorneys' representation of clients in general aviation law matters has included FAA compliance, registration and disciplinary issues; Part 91 and Part 135 operational compliance; and pilot licensing and charter operation issues. In the area of business, transactional and taxation matters, we have represented clients in the purchase, sale and financing of airplanes as well as compliance with federal excise and state sales and use taxes related to those transactions. In the area of liability, our attorneys have represented clients in NTSB investigations and wrongful death claims, as well as in business disputes.
