Paul F. Wisor Joins Sherman & Howard

Denver - Sherman & Howard announces that Paul F. Wisor has joined the firm's Denver office as an Associate.

Mr. Wisor joins Sherman & Howard's Public Finance department.  He earned his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2005 where he was a member of the University of Colorado Law Review and his undergraduate degree from Lehigh University in 2001.  

Sherman & Howard's Public Finance Department is one of the largest in the nation. In Colorado, firm finished first in 2009 as both Bond Counsel and Disclosure Counsel for the total par amount of all bond issues. The firm finished first as Disclosure Counsel and second as Bond Counsel based upon the number of issues. The firm saw a 19 percent increase in the number of issues and a 6 percent increase in the par amount of issues in 2009. The firm served as Bond Counsel on 62 offerings in 2009, involving a total par amount of $2.281 billion. The firm also finished sixth in terms of the number of bond offerings for which it served as underwriters counsel.
