Kevin Holst Joins Sherman & Howard

Denver - Sherman & Howard announces that Kevin Holst has joined the firm's Denver office as an Associate in the Real Estate Practice.

Mr. Holst's practice focuses on representing clients engaged in every facet of the real estate business, including developers, lenders, investors, brokers and others who finance, buy, sell, develop and lease property of every kind, including: urban brownfields; high-rise office buildings; mountain resorts; farms and ranches; shopping centers; hospitals and medical office buildings; corporate and industrial campuses; restaurants; theaters; and special use facilities.

Mr. Holst earned his law degree from the University of Denver in 2005, where he served as an Executive Editor of the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy. He received his bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from St. Olaf College in 1995.
