October 21, 2009 - For the third quarter of 2009, the law firm of Sherman & Howard/Swendseid & Stern* ranked fifth in the nation as bond counsel in the competitive sale category (the firm finished first in the third quarter of 2008) and fifth in the nation as disclosure counsel (up from seventh in the third quarter of 2008).
