ESTATE PLANNING PARALEGAL - DENVER

Sherman & Howard is seeking a paralegal for the Estate Planning Group.  The main responsibility will be to draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents.  Candidate must have superior writing skills, the ability to understand and draft complex concepts into a legal instrument, and first-rate organizational skills.  Position not clerical in nature - the paralegal will have secretarial and word processing support to do the clerical part of the drafting.

EXPERIENCE: There is no need to have any experience or training in drafting wills and trusts.

EDUCATION: Candidate must have four-year college degree with distinguished academic performance.
