TRIAL EXPERIENCE

• Craft v. Dillon Companies, Inc., U.S. District Court, District of Colorado, 5 day trial on ADA, race discrimination and workers compensation retaliation claims, verdict for Defendant.
• Riske v. King Soopers, Inc. et al., U.S. District Court, District of Colorado, 7 day trial on sex harassment and outrageous conduct claims, verdict for the Plaintiff; reversed by the Tenth Circuit.
• Padilla v. King Soopers, Inc., U.S. District Court, District of Colorado, 6 day trial on ADA and workers compensation retaliation claims, verdict for Defendant.
• Daigre v. Ensign Oil & Gas, Inc., District Court, City and County of Denver, Colorado, 2 day trial on wrongful termination claim and stock dispute, Plaintiff withdrew after two days of trial.
• Steele v. Kroenke Sports Enterprises, U.S. District Court, District of Colorado, summary judgment on FMLA and retaliation claims, 5 day trial on sex and age discrimination claims, verdict for Defendant.

• Smith v. Colorado Interstate Gas Company, U.S. District Court, District of Colorado, 8 day trial to the court on national origin discrimination claim, judgment for Defendant.
• Coulter v. Newmont Gold Company, U.S. District Court, District of Nevada, 8 day trial to the court on sex harassment and wrongful discharge claims, judgment for Defendant.
• Sirridge v. Bar-S Foods, Co., U.S. District Court, District of Arizona, Age discrimination claim, Case dismissed on summary judgment.
• Ainsworth et al. v. Newmont Mining Corp., 6th Judicial Dist. Court, Humboldt County, Nevada, Wrongful termination and other common law claims, case dismissed on summary judgment.
