Representative Matters
Representative matters include acting as litigation counsel for companies, contractors, title insurers, other organizations and individuals who are or may become involved in litigation in state and federal court, including appellate courts, private arbitration proceedings and mediation, and bankruptcy proceedings, including successfully representing:
- Developers/homebuilders in connection with claims of defective construction and pursuing contractors and their insurers for defective construction,
- Owners, general contractors and subcontractors in mechanic's lien and breach of contract actions,
- Commercial landlords and tenants in lease disputes, and
- Parties in connection with breach of commercial contracts for the sale of goods and services and contracts involving real property.
- Title companies and their insureds in connection with quiet title actions, claims made on title insurance policies and against title companies for actions as escrow agent.
