Representative Matters

• Obtained Ninth Circuit order affirming summary judgment in favor of employer wherein employee alleged harassment based on a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act
• Successfully obtained dismissals of several unfair labor practice charges filed with the NLRB by a national union against a local hospital
• Obtained dismissal in Arizona District Court of lawsuit brought by former employees alleging discrimination and breach of collective bargaining agreement
• Successfully defended manufacturer against Motion to Compel arbitration brought by union
• Assisted in federal court case involving race discrimination claims in which employer prevailed on summary judgment
• Obtained dismissal for large resort in matter before Arizona Civil Rights Division in connection with alleged violation of the Arizonans with Disabilities Act
• Obtained dismissal of NLRB unfair labor practice charge for construction company
