• Represented employers in all kinds of discrimination actions, including disability, age, sex, race and national origin discrimination.
• Represented employers defending against retaliation claims under various statutes, including Title VII, ADEA and ADA.
• Represented employers defending against wrongful discharge claims.
• Represented employers on employment claims in arbitration.
