Representative Matters
- Represent construction contractors on all matters related to federal, state, local and private construction projects, including award, administration and dispute resolution.
- Represent developers concerning large construction projects, including drafting and negotiating architect/engineer, construction management and construction contracts, representation in construction claims and alleged construction defects.
- Represent corporations on all matters related to federal procurement, including bid protests, contract administration (including Prompt Payment, Buy American, Truth in Negotiation Act), claims and disputes before Boards of Contract Appeals, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Federal District Court (including Contract Disputes Act claims, Suspension and Debarment, Qui Tam Actions, Security Clearances).
- Advise corporations concerning corporate codes of conduct and compliance programs.
- Advise corporations regarding Arms Export Control Act and International Trade in Arms Regulation.
- Provide training to corporations regarding all aspects of Federal procurement.
- Advised the Secretary of the Air Force and senior Air Force staff regarding all areas of federal government contracting involving the acquisition of Air Force major weapons systems, facilities and equipment.
