- Upheld the constitutional rights of clients by litigating:
- The Sun City School Tax, holding that it was unconstitutional resulting in tax refunds in the $10+ millions.
- The Arizona "Little Miller Act," holding it to be unconstitutional and relieving client of obligations thereunder.
- Developers' rights to due process concerning special improvement district assessments, holding the assessments to have violated due process of law, thereby negating the assessments.
- Builders' rights to due process concerning zoning enforcement, negating zoning requirements that violated due process of law.
- Successfully defended title insurance companies and their insureds, escrow companies and escrow agents.
- Upheld the rights of various commercial lenders under loans and loan documents in state and federal courts.
- Successfully defended multiple developers for claims of defective construction.
- Successfully pursued contractors and their insurers for defective construction.
- Successfully pursued parties violating trademarks of clients.
- Successfully litigated imposition of privilege taxes on developers by state and municipal entities, resulting in changes in Arizona tax statutes and ordinances.
- Successfully represented clients on various contract disputes
- Defended multiple New York Stock Exchange listed corporations on employment discrimination claims, including defending one of the first sexual harassment claims to ever reach the federal courts.
- Successfully represented clients before multiple state and federal agencies.
- Argued cases before all Arizona courts, state and federal, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
